Let’s sparkle and shine
“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success”. - Pablo Picasso
It’s that time of the year yet again when we set a goal and a plan to achieve the same from the learnings that we’ve had during the course of the year and the vision of the organisation that we wish to achieve.
Are these plans even worth making? Truly yes. Because of a 4-letter word – HOPE. Hope is what keeps our spirits alive. If you strongly believe in accomplishing something, you will eventually find a way to do it, no matter what. It’s just that easy to comprehend.
As we continue to embark in the quest for excellence, we continue to provide education that empowers our learners to think critically and solve complex problems. This journey is never fruitful without the upskilling of our teachers-who are the backbone of any educational institution. How can schools better support a new generation of teachers and leaders? The VKGI learning centre with all the expertise will continue to help upskill and upgrade our teachers regularly to build on student centric learning methodologies matching the global standards.

Our focus in the year 22-23 will be on Academic intervention, Aesthetics and Creativity, Skill, Socio-economic along with Health and Physical development ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education promoting life-long learning opportunities for all.
Going in line with the focus of the CBSE which continues taking initiatives to make education competency based, we will focus on empowering learners to strengthen on mastery of valuable skills and knowledge through these Learning Outcomes, deemed to be essential for success in life.
Writing has always been a cornerstone of learning, but the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting seismic shift to remote working have shown that the ability to communicate at a distance with strong writing skills has grown in value and importance. We will strengthen our expertise to identify children’s needs and tailor our lessons accordingly using some of the best techniques available to enhance their writing skills, knowledge retention and application skills.
If there’s one thing the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us, it’s that schools, families, and local community groups must work together. And, going a step further, how can schools better integrate community resources and services—to expand supports and programming for students and families? A key focus of ours will be on whole child support, development and grooming them to be self-reliant through skill-based education as envisioned in the National Education Policy 2020.
We will improve our own cultures and systems creating equitable, high-performing, and safe school to support opportunity, inclusivity, and civic engagement focusing on the four pillars of NEP which are Access, Equity, Quality, and Accountability. Let’s change the way we think about change.
