Fee Refund Policy
Withdrawal Notification:
- Parents/guardians are required to provide written notice of withdrawal to the school administration.
- The effective date of withdrawal will be considered as the date the written notice is received.
Registration and Admission Fees:
- Registration and admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the school is unable to offer admission due to capacity constraints or other exceptional circumstances.
Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees are refundable according to the following schedule:
- If written notice of withdrawal is received before the start of the academic year or within a specified grace period, such as two weeks before the start of the academic year, a full refund of the paid tuition fees will be provided, excluding the registration and admission fees.
- If written notice of withdrawal is received after the start of the academic year, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the number of school days attended.
- Refunds will be subject to any applicable taxes or deductions as per the latest fiscal policies and regulations in India.
Other Fees and Charges:
- Other fees and charges, including transportation fees, extracurricular activity fees, and examination fees, are generally non-refundable once the services or activities have been availed or initiated.
- In exceptional cases where a student is unable to continue participating in a specific service or activity due to circumstances beyond their control, a partial refund may be considered based on a case-by-case assessment.
- Refunds will be subject to any applicable taxes or deductions as per the latest fiscal policies and regulations in India.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days from the date of receiving the written withdrawal notice.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method, unless otherwise specified or required by applicable regulations.
- Any taxes or deductions as per the latest fiscal policies and regulations in India will be applied to the refund amount.
Spam E-mail and Postings
- You agree that VKGI and it’s partner organisations would be irreparably harmed by the use, by you or others, of the website or facilities in connection with the transmission of spam newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail in violation of these terms of Use, and that the management of the VijayKiran Group of Institutions is entitled to obtain injunctive relief against any such transmission
Summary of Agreement
- Each of the prior Terms and Conditions of Use validates the entire agreement between the organisation VijayKiran Group of Institutions and you, as the user or visitor website. Any changes to this Terms and Conditions of Use take effect immediately
